Adir the Project Manager sold on his honesty, expertise and attention to detail. He drafted a straightforward plan and modest estimate for a full bathroom remodel job. Ignacio (crew chief) and his crew swiftly demo'ed and began the remodel process without any issues. Adir would visit the work site each day, answering new questions that we had as well as helping us plan ahead for the next steps. And the foundation plan was of the charts! Adir was so detailed from the beginning with the structural engineer (We gave adir the plans that was already approved)
And adir make sure to scan the approved plans and consult with 2 more structural engineer and he actually found some mistakes on the plans even though it was approved from the county of San Mateo!
We are so thankful adir was so detailed oriented and made a tremendous effort to review the plans with a magnifying glass before construction started.

After chatting with Adir, the project manager, we were sold on his honesty, expertise, communication, attention to detail. He saved us money before we even started, giving us a modest estimate for a full bathroom remodel job.  Verified I absolutely love our master bathroom, guest bathroom remodel, and LVP flooring in the guest and master bedroom. While this is all my wife's vision, Adir and his team brought that to life.  Verified Consulted with over 12 construction companies, and chose to go with Rose Remodeling & Design for our bathroom remodel because they were mid-range in price quote, and overall gave the best "first impression" during initial consultations.  I just felt a good vibe from Adir from the very beginning - felt like he thoroughly addressed all my questions/concerns in a genuine non-pushy manner unlike many others who were clearly just sales people.  We've had poor previous experiences with contractors, hence having to redo our bathroom after only 13 yrs due to an active leak in our shower.  I was apprehensive initially due to the newness of the company (8 months), but from beginning to end Adir proved that his company is definitely 5 stars!  (Company is new but they are licensed and all very experienced/have been doing construction for years).  He was always very responsive and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire project.  He gave superb design advice while being respectful of our own preferences/budget.  His crew was AMAZING - they worked hard from sun up to sun down always with smiles on their faces.  They were friendly, polite and most importantly highly skilled in their craft.  Ignacio was very knowledgeable explaining issues uncovered during the project and what needed to be done to fix it.  (There was rotted wood from our shower leak, plumbing issues, etc. - they fixed and replaced a lot with no additional cost!).  Max's tile work was perfection!  Together they are a dream team!  At the conclusion of the project, Adir brought in professional cleaners to ensure the home was spotless because I expressed concern over the dust (even though they did cover with plastic) since I have 2 small children.  He really listens to his clients and provides individualized customer service. They completed the project in a timely manner with minimal disruptions to our daily lives.  Verified I had my house renovated, which involved removing a wall that required structural work, installing folding doors, and an entry door. I interviewed several general contractors and found Adir to be the best. He was very responsive, both on-site and in providing a quote, and he accommodated my schedule. Once the work began, he managed everything efficiently and ensured that inspections were done on time. We finalized Rose Modeling after talking to four other contractors, due to competitive pricing and availability to start the project in the timeframe that suited us. Adir explained the process of remodel and answered all our questions in detail throughout as this was our first remodel. Adir is straightforward and was onsite often which made the communication easier. He gave us good suggestions while purchasing the fixtures needed.
